Invitations: How to Assemble your Invites

The properly addressed envelope to the guest is the outermost part of the invitation package the guest will see.  Inserted into the outer envelope is the inner envelope with the guest’s names on the outside.

Inside the inner envelope is the wedding invitation and inside the invitation is the response/reply card with a self addressed, stamped envelope for RSVP purposes.

Behind the reply/response card is the map card and/or event card.

Pocket invitations have individual pockets to insert reply/response cards with envelope, map and event cards.

There is nothing like receiving a well assembled wedding invitation in the mail, which will make the guest excited to attend the ceremony.
